Request for a Fee Proposal or Quote
To provide an accurate quotation for your project, we will need several key documents to assess the scope and applicable planning requirements as such:
- Proposed Architectural Plans.
- If your project has already received Development Application (DA) Consent, please provide a copy of the DA-stamped architectural plans together with the Development Consent documentation.
- Title Search
- Section 10.7 Planning Certificate
- If you don’t have those documents above listed, we can still provide you a quotation without them.
