Demolition CDC
A Demolition Approvals – under Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a fast-track approval pathway that allows you to demolish a building without lodging a full Development Application (DA) — as long as the proposal meets strict planning and safety criteria under “The State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008”.
It effectively combines:
- Planning approval ✅
- Construction approval ✅
In most cases, demolition approvals can be issued as a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) — a fast-track pathway that keeps your project moving without the delays of a full application.
Demolition CDCs do not require the appointment of a Principal Certifier. Upon completion, DeltaCert undertakes a final inspection and provides a demolition completion letter confirming the works have been completed as per the approved plans.
