Mandatory Inspections - Critical Stages
Critical Stages Inspections are mandatory inspections required during the construction phase of a development to ensure that building work is carried out in accordance with the approved plans, Development Consent, Construction Certificate, and the National Construction Code (NCC).
These inspections must be carried out by the Principal Certifier (PC) at key stages of the construction process before the work progresses to the next stage.
