Approvals
New Pool & Spa + Cabana – new swimming pool and spa + cabana are a popular addition to residential developments and must be designed and constructed in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards, and applicable NSW planning controls.
Swimming pool projects may include:
- In-ground and above-ground or semi pools
- Spas and plunge pools
- Associated structures such as cabana, decks, paving and fencing
Depending on the proposal, approval may be obtained through a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or a Development Application (DA).
